The hotel was fairly clean, facilities were great, good location right by the Historic District. My king room was newly decorated. A microwave and a fridge were provided.

The place was not a place that I would want to stay at very unclean

Convenient location, not far from the Riverwalk. The room was spotless and had good Wi-Fi, but the sink was a bit iffy on the sheets 💧.

The staff was polite

Everything seemed to be falling apart Outlets didn't work fixtures were falling down or out of the wall... the room never seem to cool down the bathtub was filthy the microwave was dirty and the refrigerator was Rusty on the inside... my husband also kept getting propositioned by prostitutes staying at the location... seeing as I have small children I will not be back to this location or Econo Lodge.

The air wasn't cold, had problems with the television telephone didn't work had people sitting outside the door BBQing

The rooms are clean and cozy, with a sink and comfy sheets. They offer a great selection of breakfast goodies to choose from. You can check-in early and leave late, plus they have parking on-site. 🚗

Everything. Unfriendly/unhelpful staff that didn't follow up on any request made. Wifi didn't work. Phone had no cord. Room was dirty. All the drawers to the dresser were glued shut. There was coffee grounds in the coffee filter that looked at least a week old. Iron board, but no iron. Our towels were taken by room service and not replaced. Every time help was asked for, we were told to wait and received no help. We were told we wouldn't receive a refund for this horrific stay. I have stayed at Choice Hotels multiple times and this is by FAR the worst experience I have ever had. The customer service was terrible and the condition of the hotel was even worse. I still cannot believe that I was refused a refund so that I could stay elsewhere. I will most likely never risk staying at an Econolodge ever again and will warn everyone I know to stay away for the sake of their sanity and their wallet.

It was only a few blocks from the Springer Opera House where my conference was.

The room looked like it was falling apart. Bathroom hardware was hanging from the wall from only one screw, TV remote was broken, multiple wall plugs didn't work.
